100%. They go through the exact same process and the guards are made to the exact same specifications.
The normal lead time is between 4 and 5 weeks. Need it sooner or want to make sure you have it for a specific date? Send us a message and we’ll let you know if there are any ways we can expedite the order.
Don’t forget all orders are triple shipped. We have to send a kit to you as well as get the kit shipped back to us with the enclosed shipping label. Then we have to ship the final guard to you once its finished.
It’s a pretty wide range depending on how often you use it. If reserved for only sparring and competition we can usually get two years or more out of them. On the flip side if you’re a professional using it for every training session multiple times a day they can begin to break down as soon as 6 months.
Once the retention starts to go its usually the beginning of the end. If it doesn’t stay in place or falls out easily it might be time to consider a new one.
You can but if the guard is for a child or teenager who is still growing the guards need to be replaced quite frequently. As often as every year.
Short answer is…. Maybe! It depends on the extent of the dental work. If it’s a small filling the guards often don’t need any adjusting. If the work is more involved like; crowns, bridges, braces, large fillings, you might find that the guard doesn’t fit as well and will need to be replaced.
